Quality support included is a feature that is not offered by any other technology manufacturer in our industry. We believe it is a feature that our customers should have access to no matter what, so that doctors in the field can feel the technology they chose supports their life saving efforts.
In our experience, not only do we often assist in first time setups, first time use training, but the over-time improvement and customization of the CardioCard Software and Test results. We have received calls asking for us to assist in higher quality patient connections, and help share our experience with doctors on how to get the best results from their ECG tests.
This service, to Nasiff, is a feature of every device we produce and send into the field. Most other medical manufacturers do not offer the same support service, and even charge thousands more per-license to have access to any device support at-all. Here at Nasiff we believe that limiting technical support limits the quality of use of technology in the field. That it is highly important to support the doctors that have chosen our technologies by default, not by an extra charge.
